Gracious God, the epitome of
light and love: You call us to light the way for your people
in a world of change and uncertainty. Grant to your acolytes
reverent hearts, steady hands, and the will to persevere in
service at your altar and at prayer. Bless and guide us by
your wisdom and help us to spread your word throughout the
world Through Jesus Christ our lord, who lives and reigns
with you and the Holy Spirit, one God now and forever. Amen.
